Please note that all Public Holidays will follow the weekend schedule.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before class, late-comers may be refused entry.
Bikram’s Yoga Class is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing excises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. We have 31 classes a week. This schedule should provide for all practitioners with different time availabilities for doing class.
We continue to monitor student attendance closely. In the future, we may cut certain class times for which there are no students and add classes at times for which there is a higher demand. We will make announcements about these changes as we go along.
The 30 Day Challenge
Is your health a priority? If it is, then challenge yourself to do one class each day for 30 days. You can take this challenge at any time during the year and all that is needed is for you to be mentally prepared for this commitment. If you miss a day, no problem: just do a double (maximum of 2 doubles is allowed) to make up for it.
The biggest reward is the personal sense of achievement that comes from completing the challenge. That and a total change in your body: greater flexibility and range of motion, fat replaced by muscle and an irreplaceable feeling of lightness and health.
